The website and its content

The content on this site is provided for information. The text, design, and materials, together with the marks V.O.I.C.E.™, Executive Resonance™, and Language Success Institute™, belong to the operators. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or marks without our written permission.

Digital products

Digital products, including the Language Success book and related digital learning products, are not sold on this site. Our buy buttons link to Payhip, where the seller of record is Vitali Amare. Payment and delivery are handled by Payhip under its own terms and privacy policy. Any right of withdrawal for digital content, and the point at which it no longer applies once access begins, is presented and handled at the Payhip checkout under those terms.

The V.O.I.C.E.™ Self-Audit is an informational self-assessment. It is not professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. It is offered to help you reflect on your own communication.

Program applications

Submitting the Executive Resonance™ application form is a request for a conversation, not a contract. It does not create any obligation on either side. If we move forward together, the terms of the program are agreed individually and in writing.

No guarantee of results

We share methods and guidance in good faith. Results depend on your own application of what you learn, so we cannot and do not promise specific results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
