Who we are

Language Success Institute™ is operated by Renata Amare (NIF ESZ0271402F, Calle Alejandro Dumas 17, Oficinas, 29004 Malaga, Spain) together with Vitali Amare. This website is available at languagesuccessinstitute.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

What data we collect and why

We only collect data you choose to give us through one of our forms.

V.O.I.C.E.™ Self-Audit

The self-assessment quiz shows your results on screen without any email. Your details are collected only if you submit the email form to receive your results:

• First name
• Email address
• Your quiz answers and scores

We use this to send your results and, if you consent, to include you in the Language Success Institute letter.

Executive Resonance™ application

When you apply to the program, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Role and company
• A free-text message

We use this to review your application and to respond to you.

Audiobook waiting list

• Email address

We use this to notify you when the audiobook is available.

Legal bases

• Consent: for the newsletter, the waiting list, and sending your quiz results by email. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Pre-contractual steps taken at your request: for handling your program application.
• Legitimate interest: for keeping security logs and for responding to inquiries you send us.

Where your data goes

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and process form submissions. Each acts on our instructions:

• Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, and storage of form submissions in Workers KV.
• HubSpot: customer relationship management.
• Beehiiv: newsletter delivery, for quiz subscribers who consented only.
• Make: workflow automation used to send internal email notifications.
• Google Workspace: email.

Purchases of digital products do not happen on this site. Our buy buttons link to Payhip, where the seller of record is Vitali Amare. Payhip processes payment and delivery under its own terms and privacy policy, and any data you enter at Payhip is handled by Payhip.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the safeguard is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, applied through our agreements with those providers.

Retention

• Application data: kept as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your application, then in line with our legal obligations.
• Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Quiz answers: linked to an email only if you submitted the email form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, at aepd.es.

Cookies and fonts

The site itself sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google may log your IP address when a page loads. We do not use this for tracking, and it is limited to serving the fonts.
